Refund policy

Refund & Replacement Eligibility & Reimbursement
Requests for refund, or replacement are accepted up to 3 business days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If items have arrived, and you are contacted, and you choose to cancel, and request a refund it will not be granted, and you will be BANNED from shopping with JOPPP Jewels of Peace Prosperity and Perseverance. 

A refund is provided as a credit toward a future purchase only.

Refund & Replacement Processing
To begin the process, please email Jewels of Peace Prosperity and Perseverance at ariesnrams1151@gmail.com with "Refund Request" or "Replacement Request" in the subject line, explaining the reason for the request, and include a photo of the item and invoice number from Jewels of Peace Prosperity, and Perseverance. If there was damage or defect to the item when you received it, photograph the affected area. We will reply with instructions for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, as well as whether your refund is approved or rejected.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not reimburse for trackable shipping or shipping insurance.

Refund Approval
If your refund is approved, the refund amount will include the full cost of the item plus processing, as well as your cost to ship* the original item to Jewels of Pece Prosperity, and Perseverance if the item was returned due to defect or damage before you received it.

If, when applying your credit to a future order, your new item is shipped alone, we will incur the cost of shipping. If the new item is combined with other items, you will pay the standard shipping rate for your order.

If an approved refund was requested for any other reason, you will be responsible for shipping when applying your credit to a future order.

Refund Rejection
If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for shipping costs for Jewels of Peace Prosperity, and Perseverance to mail the item back to you. Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:

• damage from wear-and-tear due to usage
• damage from discoloration or stains caused by liquids
• damage from cleaning products
• damage from odor, including tobacco

RESTOCK FEE: If your order has arrived, and Iake contact with you, and you decide you want to cancel. THERE'S NO REFUND, AND A FULL 50% OF A RESTOCK FEE IS ISSUED, AND YOUR REFUND WILL BE USED A RESTOCK FEE! All customers are responsible for return shipping.
